AeroMD has a USVI-headquartered fleet of aircraft and ground ambulances. In addition, a dedicated team of medical personnel, pilots, and administrative staff are located on St. Croix and St. Thomas—prepared for a medevac mission at a moment’s notice.

This modern ground CCT fleet has a specialized unit modified for both CCT operations and disaster response. Some configurations for this specialized ambulance include ground critical care transport operations, an all-hands medical team configuration with up to nine passenger seats, or a multiple patient capability accommodating up to six on litters. Medical gear packs on this specialized unit can be configured for each specific mission using a quick-change mounting capability.
