This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.aeromd.com (the “Site”).

Personal Information We Collect

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Account Information.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Account Information that we collect generally to fulfill any request plane rides placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or airline request confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Account Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our contracts for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing Your Personal Information

Behavioural Advertising

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data Retention

When you request a flight through the Site, we will maintain your Account Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

This Privacy Policy informs you of how we use information that we gather because we believe in transparency and value your privacy.  We may change or discontinue this Privacy Policy at any time, and we reserve the right to do so.  If we change this Privacy Policy, we will also change the Effective Date, which is located above this paragraph.  If you maintain your Membership, make payments to AeroMD, or avail yourself of AeroMD’s services after we change the Effective Date, you agree to our changes to the Privacy Policy.

We may collect the following personal information from you:  any information that you voluntarily submit to AeroMD; your payment information; medical information necessary to provide treatment; insurance information related to medical treatment; and data relating to purchases made with vendors at a discount upon presentation of an AeroMD membership card.

We use this personal and personally identifiable information to:  provide you with services under the Membership Program; communicate with you; accomplish payment under the Membership Program; and facilitate marketing and improvement of goods and services by vendors and AeroMD.

We use commercially standard technology to help protect against the unauthorized disclosure of your personal and personally identifiable information, including encryption.  Though we do our best to protect your personal and personally identifiable information, you provide all such information at your own risk.  If any medical information is shared with companies that provide emergency medical services or related services, AeroMD will take reasonable steps to share only data that is reliable and relevant for its intended use.  AeroMD will take reasonable steps to ensure that any parties with which it shares personal information to facilitate medical treatment or related services protect your privacy and personal information and use it solely for the intended purpose.

We will only share your personal or personally identifiable information with third parties in the following situations:  when you have consented to sharing information; when it is necessary to provide services under the Membership Program; if AeroMD is purchased by a third-party; when it is necessary to respond to valid information requests made by governmental authorities; when it is demanded by a valid court order or subpoena; when it is necessary or desirable to assist in arranging emergency medical care for you; and as required by applicable law.
